The organisation is independent, politically unaffiliated, and non-religious. Assyrians Without Borders holds a Swedish 90-account and is supervised by the Swedish Fundraising Control. As a 90-account holder, the organisation is required to ensure that at least 75% of its total income is used for its charitable purposes, while fundraising and administration costs may not exceed 25% of total income.
