Arab World Volunteer Initiative: The year 2011 will mark the 10th anniversary of the International Year of Volunteers and this Initiative provides a framework to motivate individuals, organisations, service institutions, schools, universities, government agencies and socially responsible businesses throughout the Arab World to work together to strengthen and improve volunteering in the region.
