As a structure however, the ANC was designed for survival and to protect ourselves, and it did that well. Now however, it is the time for us to enter a new season. I write you this letter with some sadness, as leaving the season of Discover means that our journey with the ANC has come to an end. Legal counsel has advised that in order to truly expand the base of practitioners and their influence worldwide and to embody more Reorganizational Healing principles in the community, a new organization is called for. Based on this and after careful consideration, the ANC Board has voted unanimously to dissolve, to cease to exist. As we know though, nature abhors a vacuum and to fill the space that will be left by the ANC a new organization has been created to move with us into the season of Transform. The Association for Reorganizational Healing Practice (ARHP) is being formed to move the community into the future. This organization will be a 501c6 (US Professional Organization Non-Profit), that will allow the community to create congruent certification lists, expand political outreach by practitioners and the profession, and create enhanced support structures for Network practices. The organization will also be based on the principles of Reorganizational Healing, and will incorporate some revolutionary ideas towards professional organizations and community. The ANC Board in its wind down process has also unanimously voted to fully support this new organization, and urges you as a member to now direct your energy towards fueling this new organization. As this is all quite new there are many details to work out. However, we have set a date of April 4th to officially unveil the bigger picture. If you have suggestions or ideas that you would like to see incorporated in the new organization this is the time! Your input is important. The Association for Reorganizational Healing Practice will pave the way for us to transcend and include the strategies that have served us to date and proactively catalyze our journey to create the change we want to be in the world. As we enter this new springtime I expect many great seeds will grow. This time though, together we will help change not just one, but many spines at a time!
