At the Wildlife Conservation Society, we harness the power of our zoos and aquarium in New York City and our field conservation work around the globe to save wildlife and wild places. Our model: connecting millions of visitors at our urban wildlife parks with the largest and longest-standing field conservation program. In New York, we run the leading zoo in the US, the Bronx Zoo, as well as the Central Park Zoo, Queens Zoo, Prospect Park Zoo, and the New York Aquarium. We also employ the largest field-based conservation program, operating in more than 50 countries. These two activities are deeply connected and mutually supportive.

At World Animal Protection, we are a global organisation dedicated to ending the exploitation of animals. For over 75 years, we have been at the forefront of animal welfare, exposing cruel systems, promoting animal-friendly alternatives, and influencing policy change. We aim to create a world where animals live free from cruelty and suffering. Our Approach Animal-Centric Focus: Animals are sentient beings capable of feeling pain, fear, and joy. Humane Society International/India is the Indian chapter of Humane Society International, the world's largest animal protection organization. Through fieldwork, policy formation, humane education, direct care and services, and capacity building of in-country partners, HSI/India has helped advance the cause of animal welfare in India. Our focus has been on protecting street dogs, responding to disasters and cruelty cases, saving wild animals from abuse, protecting marine mammals, fighting dog meat trade, fighting factory farming and striving to end toxicity testing on animals in India.
