Associates in Health & Wellness Information

We are comprehensive group of providers in the five-boroughs that deliver accessible, affordable and timely health care. We also provide services to health care providers, such as medical credentialing, student mentoring, and inpatient and outpatient (home-based or in-office) consultations for your patients. Our providers are all board certified nurse practitioners in their specialty practice areas and focus on preventive health care and improving overall health literacy. Our group includes collaborating physicians in pulmonology and cardiology. During consultations, we take our time to deliver health information to patients and families that is understandable and clear in order for the health care consumer to make well-informed decisions about his or her health. We take pride in coordinating this information which remains aligned with the care being delivered by the inpatient multidisciplinary team.
