Founded in 1999 by CEO Stuart Law, Assetz is a group of successful and well-known property and financial services companies helping to address a number of challenges that the country faces inclusing housing shortages, business lending shortfalls by banks, care home shortages and the lack of a fair interest rate on savings. The group has now grown to become a source of investment products for private and institutional investors, works with government to help address the problems it helps solve and delivers real impact across the wohole country. In the early days our investors funded around £1bn of new build buy-to-let property that was built to help address the housing shortage and at the same time helped investors earn great returns. In the last ten years, Assetz Capital was founded and brought private investors together with small and medium sized businesses and property developers looking for a loan to help to finance their projects. By cutting out the banks, Assetz Capital has provided fairer deals for investors and borrowers alike and funded well over £1bn of secured business loans and funded 1 in 12 new homes built by SMEs in recent years.
