AssetPool Nova is inspection and compliance software for the teams who keep equipment safe, working and certified. Nova is built for service providers who inspect and certify equipment at client sites, and for the asset owners who depend on them. It replaces paper checklists and spreadsheets with one live record of every asset, every inspection and every defect. What makes Nova different: • Three measures of health, not one. Each asset is tracked separately for Condition, Compliance and Risk. An asset in good working order that is overdue for certification never hides behind a green tick. • No false greens. Nova monitors every checkpoint on every inspection instead of rolling results up into a single pass or fail. If one item fails, you see it. • Built for the field. Technicians complete inspections on their phones, and managers see defects, overdue inspections and upcoming work as they happen. Nova serves mining, facilities, logistics, marine, fresh produce, fire protection and public works, including municipalities and fire departments. It is available in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom and South Africa. AssetPool was founded in 2018 by Michael Kirk, out of the need for a better way to manage inspections in his own fire services business. Nova is our next-generation platform, rebuilt from the ground up. Existing AssetPool Classic customers continue to be fully supported.
