Our core business is Covert Loss Prevention Officers, sometimes referred to as store detectives, retail security officers, asset protection officers, LPO’s, or floor walkers. A Covert LPO assists stores in the prevention of theft and fraud by customers, suppliers and employees, through covert activity, observing, apprehension of offenders, reporting to Police and attending court as required. The majority of apprehensions result in uniformed police attending the store and arresting the offender. A very visual deterrent to theft.
