AssayQuant Technologies is an MIT spinout that measures what kinase and phosphatase inhibitors actually do to enzyme activity, in real time. Our PhosphoSens® technology uses fluorogenic peptide sensors optimized for each enzyme to give a direct, homogeneous, continuous readout of phosphorylation and dephosphorylation. Every well produces a full progress curve, not a single endpoint, so you can see whether a compound is truly inhibiting activity, whether potency holds at physiological ATP, and whether inhibition changes over time.
