The partnerships support, explore and expand career pathways and vocational opportunities for people seeking asylum. This is done by connecting them with experienced professionals who share their local knowledge, expertise and networks. The ASRC Mentoring program empowers people seeking asylum to find sustainable employment in their chosen sector, and support to become independent and meaningful contributors to the community.
