Milwaukee Public Schools will be among the highest-student-growth school systems in the country. All district staff will be committed to providing an equitable educational environment that is child-centered, supports achievement, and respects and embraces diversity. Schools will be safe, welcoming, well-maintained, and accessible community centers that meet the needs of all. Relevant, rigorous, and successful instructional programs will be recognized and replicated. The district and its schools will collaborate with students, families, and community for the benefit of all.
WHO WE ARE:
Hope Network is a non-profit organization operating across the state of Michigan. We have 240 locations and serve over 34,000 people with disabilities or disadvantages each and every year.
WHAT WE DO:
We help people overcome physical, mental or social barriers that impact how they live. The result is fulfillment through independence, progress, and community integration. Whether it’s…
…a dad recovering from a brain injury
…a child growing up with autism
…an ex-offender trying to re-enter society
…a teenager battling depression
We have countless stories of restoration to tell.
HOW WE DO IT:
For over 60 years, we’ve provided neuro rehabilitation, behavioral healthcare, developmental support services, autism services, community support, and more. We do this because we believe every person was created to live life to the fullest – no matter their age, no matter their background, no matter what’s holding them back.
WHY IT MATTERS:
60 million people in the U.S. suffer from disabilities or disadvantages that impact how they live. Over one million of these people live in Michigan. To put it into perspective, that’s more than the population of Detroit.
A majority have fallen through the cracks and aren’t receiving the care they deserve. That’s a problem – but we’re solving it by being advocates for these people.

Whole Health Clinical Group (WHCG), a leading non-profit organization since 1970, provides primary care, behavioral health, and community services. WHCG serves over 3000 individuals throughout Milwaukee County. We provide evidence-based services for individuals with serious mental illness, addiction, trauma, and poor health who live in poverty and homelessness.
Our integrated approach of providing a behavioral health medical home improves the health and quality of life for those we serve. Patients can expect improved health outcomes while solving social health determinants. They also experience fewer episodes of hospitalization, ED visits, spend more days in housing, are satisfied with the services they receive, and gain access to income and health insurance.

As a result, WHCG is opening a new 25,000sq ft. Health Center with the capacity to serve 6,000 patients. This new building is located at 932 S. 60th St. West Allis, WI 53214.
