Hi, I’m Kim I'm the Founder & CEO of Aspiration Coaching - www.aspirationcoaching.com I'm a success and business coach for women. I empower women to lead, improve and grow their business and make a bigger impact on the world and their own lives using their unique talents. My background spans over 20+ years’ working in human resources in a senior leadership capacity with small start-ups to large blue chip corporate organizations across a broad range of industries. I’ve extensive people management experience and have spent most of my career coaching, mentoring and training teams and this was really my passion!
