Three Leaf Concepts has been working with ASPEX Corp since our initial installation in the Spring of 1998. Since that time, we have opened 5 additional concepts with their POS and reporting system. We are extremely pleased with all phases software functionality, hardware reliability and customer service expertise and responsiveness. Their prompt resolutions allow time for our Managers to focus on Guest service and not CPU issues. We have configured ASPEX to be simple and streamlined, an asset to a growing organization and its total cost of ownership is very reasonable in an industry of thin margins. We would highly recommend ASPEX to anyone considering a POS System. I think that your Aspex support is second to none. You guys are always very quick to respond to any problems that we may have, day or night. You are very efficient and always have an answer to any problems that we have. I like the fact that when we have some equipment break down you will try and find us a way to save money whether it be by offering a refurbished piece of hardware or trying to fix the current one. Aspex POS has been an exemplarily partner to us since before we even opened our doors. Their Restaurant Computer system is user-friendly and highly customizable to our particular needs.
