From this modest beginning he grew Aspen Square Management into what it is today- one of the top fifty apartment owners and management companies in the U.S. Today Aspen Square Management operates over ninety communities in fourteen states around the country, with over half the portfolio being purchased in the past three years. Being both the owner and manager of these properties is unique in the industry.
