Aspen Falls Information

Meaningful gatherings give people space to step away from routine, reconnect, and focus on what matters most. Aspen Falls was designed to make those moments possible—a private mountain estate where colleagues, families, and friends can gather on their own terms. The property itself is thoughtfully laid out to support both connection and ease, with distinct residences, shared gathering spaces, and recreational areas all within one cohesive estate. Five-star accommodations, elevated hospitality, curated dining and activities, and seamless coordination—from private chefs and transportation to experience planning and the details in between—allow guests to remain fully present while everything flows effortlessly around them. Set on 30 secluded acres near Rocky Mountain National Park, Aspen Falls accommodates up to 30 guests across 17 bedrooms and more than 15,000 square feet of living space. The Estate House, two villas, three cottages, and Grand Hall bring meetings, meals, recreation, and overnight accommodations together in one private destination. At the center of the estate, the 3,500-square-foot Grand Hall features a large conference and dining space, multiple spaces for meetings and gatherings, a catering kitchen designed for private chefs, a game room, an expansive deck with illuminated outdoor seating, and a private fitness and yoga studio. Across the property, game courts, ten outdoor living spaces, a private mountain-view trail, a one-acre lake, cascading waterfalls, and panoramic views create endless opportunities for connection, recreation, and adventure. Together, these elements create an extraordinary setting for executive retreats, leadership meetings, company gatherings, reunions, milestone celebrations, and unforgettable group stays.
