AspCom Aps Information

AspCom is offering software consultancy and in-house development. The purpose is to hire and train young people with Asperger's (mild autism) to become functional and empathic individuals working as consultants and engineer's. The founder, Thomas Williams, is one of few people with Asperger's who has overcome the conditions after investing years on training and personal development, all while enjoying the success as a software engineer. His vision is to pass on his findings as he believes the conditions of having Asperger's can be turned into assets, which in turn may benefit us all.
