While our spiritual home will forever be our laneway roots in South Melbourne, we also own and run the Sensory Lab brand of stores in the CBD and now at Melbourne International Airport. We’ve partnered with Mercedes-Benz to open their Australia first 'Mercedes Me' concept store in Collins Street, and in 2015 expanded into the international market, opening a sister ST. ALi in Jakarta. As the innovative leader of ST. Nolan Hirte founded Proud Mary Coffee Roasters and Cafe in 2009 with the aim of connecting coffee producers directly with consumers. At Proud Mary, we innovate, educate and collaborate to provide solutions for our customers.
