I work with busy teams that need extra capacity, whether that's ongoing operational and administrative support, a defined project that needs moving forward, or a system or process that could work better. Support can include: • Project support and delivery • Ongoing operational and administrative support • Systems and process improvement • Data organisation, management and reporting • Fundraising and event support where relevant I can work within existing teams and processes or take responsibility for defined pieces of work, providing support on a one-off, project or ongoing basis.
