Asipac is India’s leading real estate strategy consultant and project marketing company, which provides development strategy, product conceptualization, project planning, design management, marketing strategy, sales management and CRM services to real estate developers. As of April 2015, Asipac had a portfolio of fifteen Residential projects with a combined sales value of almost Rs.24,700 crores, in Bangalore, Chennai and Jaipur. All five residential projects launched by Asipac since 2007 (post boom period) have broken sales records in their respective markets. With average sales of >Rs.70 crores per month, if Asipac were a developer, we would be ranked #4 in Bangalore. Our sales per person is more than double of industry standards.
