Makan For Hope was started by Elise Tan and Andrew Tan as part of the Asia Startup Network (ASN) in 2021. For more information, visit www.makanforhope.org In 2020, Elise started Mentor For Hope with Janet Neo. Mentor for Hope is an unprecedented month-long fundraising campaign where >250 mentors donated their time to provide mentoring to over 200 founders affected by the COVID-19 crisis and simultaneously raised over $43,000 in funds to aid charities in delivering urgent help to persons and families affected by this pandemic.
