With an expert staff of educators and occupational therapists (who are all parents themselves!) Mindful Schools empowers educators to spark systemic change from the inside out by cultivating awareness, resilience, and compassionate action. Mindful Schools is a non-profit organization founded in 2007. We are proud to be a partner of choice for over 500 schools across the country. We’ve trained over 70,000 educators through professional development training, community resources and events, and most recently, national schoolwide mindfulness programs.
