Ash Technical Services is a multi-disciplinary construction and engineering company delivering mechanical, electrical and full turnkey projects across the South East. Established in 2004, the business was built on providing reliable M&E and planned maintenance services within the education sector. Today, we support over 20 campuses across the South East, delivering everything from PPM and reactive works through to complex refurbishment and capital projects within live environments. As our clients’ needs evolved, so did we. What began with maintenance contracts naturally progressed into refurbishment and construction, forming the foundation of the business we operate today. While education remains at the core of what we do, we also deliver high-end residential projects for private clients, alongside commercial works with major developers and nationally recognised brands such as Tesco and Sainsbury’s. What connects every project is a consistent approach - technically led, hands-on, and focused on long-term relationships. We understand how buildings perform in use, not just how they look on paper, allowing us to bridge the gap between design and delivery, reduce risk, and deliver projects that work in practice.
