Ascent Gym Information

Located in the lower level of Historic Turner Hall, just across from the Bradley Center, ASCENT Gym provides a unique alternative to your standard gym setting. We want to bring the value of personal training to every member we have, at the price of a gym membership. Our members will receive unlimited classes focusing on muscle work, endurance, stability, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance. We bring all levels of fitness into each and every class we have, designed to push you beyond your limits so we can help you build past them. Our classes are effective and efficient, keeping you in our gym no longer then 45 minutes, with a goal of 3-4 classes a week. We believe it's all you need to reach your fitness goals, no matter what level of fitness you are at.
