Ascend is the largest non-profit Pan-Asian organization for business professionals in North America. Established in 2005, Ascend has grown to serve professionals and corporations across various professions and multiple industries. Ascend reaches an impressive 60,000 people, boasting 45+ student chapters and 18 professional chapters located in both the United States and Canada around major business hubs and educational institutions. Who We Are: Ascend Leadership is a dynamic and inclusive organization dedicated to fostering leadership and professional development among University of Maryland students. We are proud to be part of a network that spans the continent, providing a unique and expansive platform for our members. Our Vision: We envision a community where every University of Maryland student has the tools, resources, and support needed to excel in their careers.
