Our Owner is based out of the Metro NY area and personally handles properties in Nassau County and the five boroughs. In addition, he takes a hands-on approach to completing and overseeing work in the entire AS Preservation footprint and never hesitates to travel for a job. Routine quality control inspections are also performed by AS Preservation ownership to ensure unmatched dedication to quality and timeliness of work. Our efficient and detailed office staff consistently checks submitted work for quality and accuracy and ensures the timely delivery of work orders to our clients six days a week.
