Our CAD department is equip with the latest ACAD based TSI Fabric, 3D Pipe BIM modeling and Material Analysis software. Working collaboratively with the General Contractors and other sub-trades, the General Forman and Project Manager work in unison to plan the details of the work, engage and coordinate the activities of field supervisors and day to day construction activities, CADD department coordination drawings, and shop fabrication, jurisdictional authority inspections; as well as creating and updating labour plans and scheduling tools, equipment and material requirements in coordination with the project details and staging to maintain high labour force efficiencies which allow Urban Mechanical to remain competitive in the industry.
