Arvore is an evergreen, lower mid-market buyout fund employing a serial roll-up strategy. The fund is a continuation vehicle for a portfolio of assets that have been managed since 2013. The fund builds integrated verticals across a number of industry silos with a view of capturing the benefits of integration, concentration, scale and diversification. In addition, verticals are run concurrently based on the industry and macro-economic characteristics. Arvore is a partner fund of Omnigence Asset Management, a multi-strategy alternative platform.
