Arvads Grill is a staple of downtown Waterbury, Vermont where we have satisfied locals and travelers for over twenty five years. In late 2014 we re-opened our doors with a fresh new look, new chef and new menus. Our focus is on using locally grown and sourced products whenever possible and showcasing the best of what Vermont has to offer with signature dishes, brews and inspired cocktails. You'll find hand-cut steaks at dinner cooked to temperature and topped with wild mushrooms or bleu cheese butter. We have crab cakes wirh a phenomenal roasted pepper remoulade that's simply delectable and of course our Boyden Beef burgers built just the way you like. We serve bottomless hand-cut fries with our own spicy ketchup and other dipping sauces and our house-made steak sauce pairs perfectly with steak and roast garlic mashed potatoes. In short, the food at Arvads Grill is designed to please! Proprietors Jeffrey and Maryanne Larkin have been stewards of the local economy and community engaging in many projects to further the betterment of our downtown. In 2008 they recieved the Kathy O'Dell Community Service Award from Revitalizing Waterbury in recognition of their contributions to downtown Waterbury.
