Arun Kasi & Co was founded by Dr Arun Kasi in 2010. Dr. Arun Kasi is a well-known expert in shipping law and arbitration with a particular focus on charter disputes. He is a barrister of the Lincoln's Inn, a member of the London Arbitrators Association (LMAA) and Singapore Chamber of Maritime Arbitration (SCMA), and a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators London (CIArb). He undertakes work both as arbitrator and arbitration counsel under the terms of LMAA and SCMA. He is the author of The Law of Carriage of Goods by Sea (Springer: 2021).He regularly appears before all levels of superior courts and arbitral tribunals. Numerous cases conducted by him are in the law journals. His works have been widely published around the world, that includes 6 books and 50 articles in law, particularly on shipping law and arbitration. His works have been cited by the appellate courts in various judgments. He has given numerous talks to lawyers in maritime law and arbitration.
