In 1976, Italian builder Piero Mussi completed his rigorous apprenticeships with his country’s preeminent metallurgic masters and moved to Berkeley, CA to establish Artworks Foundry. 40 years later, Artworks Foundry has grown into one the nation's leading foundries for the production and restoration of bronze sculptures, reliefs and monuments. Recently, Artworks foundry has nearly doubled its size with the addition of a state-of-the-art fabrication facility. Artworks Foundry serves over 2000 artists in projects ranging from the miniature to the monumental. Sculptors choose Artworks Foundry not simply for their unrivaled expertise, but for the sense of community they foster by ceaselessly giving clients their undivided attention.
