PRODUCTION OF METAL ACCESSORIES In our factory we produce various kinds of items, such as buckles, buttons, zippers and other ornaments for shoes, bags and small leather goods, high-tech closures, sophisticated cases, carabiners, clamps, zip pulls, as well as costume jewelery items, such as chains , pins and key rings; all this, using multiple types of materials, such as brass, zamak, steel, wood, plexiglass and studying with the customer possible solutions based on the combination of different and original materials. The models are developed with the help of a latest generation CAD / CAM system, which allows us to combine the experience and quality of high craftsmanship with cutting-edge IT techniques, providing our customers with various customization possibilities of the desired product. A sophisticated laser system also allows us to create writings, logos, images and special effects on the accessories on the brass. THE COMPANY The Artigiana Bigiotteria company was founded in 1976 as an individual company from the idea of the owner Mario Santoni who, thanks to the personal experience gained in the sector, specializes in the production of small metal parts, costume jewelery and accessories for high quality leather goods. A complete transformation cycle has always been carried out within the company which - on the basis of technical drawings, using the strong creativity and proactive ability of highly qualified workers - leads to the achievement of a finished product even of high complexity. Our experience allows us to provide specialized support to customers who have even just an idea or project to develop. Currently in the company - which has been transformed into Artigiana Bigiotteria Srl since 2006 - the whole Santoni family collaborates, who together with the employees, lend their professionalism with dedication in carrying out the activity.
