Artificial General Intelligence Company Information

AGICO helps mid-to-large enterprises in APAC move from AI experimentation to AI operations — without locking them into any single platform or vendor. Most AI projects stall not because of bad models, but because of bad approach: tools bought without workflow understanding, agents deployed in isolation, and no plan for how AI fits into day-to-day operations. AGICO exists to fix that gap. We run the Thalamus Program — a structured AI transformation engagement that takes enterprises through three phases: readiness assessment, pilot agent deployment, and scaled AI operations. We don't sell software. We diagnose workflows, deploy the right agents (regardless of provider), and run AI operations alongside your team until you can run them yourself. We also build Thalamus — an open-source interoperability layer for AI agents. Built on A2A, MCP, and ACP protocols, Thalamus lets agents from different providers communicate without custom integration code. Every enterprise deployment hardens the product. The services fund the development. The product makes the services more defensible. Headquartered in Singapore. APAC-native. We understand MAS regulations, PDPA compliance, and the enterprise landscape across financial services, HR tech, and professional services. If your enterprise is sitting on AI potential it can't unlock — or you're an engineer building in the agent interoperability space — we'd like to hear from you.
