Its story began as a family-run shop selling engraved articles, pens and sports trophies right in the historic centre of town. In 1992, Nathalie & Yves Arteel took over the business from Yves' parents. Together, the two of them very quickly realized there were some excellent opportunities to diversify the shop's services and expand on their then-existing activities. So a strategy was developed, and the exclusive gift store Arteel evolved into a premium B2B gift supplier. Only 4 years after that, in 1996, the couple decided to buy a new corporate building in Herent - an important steppingstone in their success story! The move of location meant that it became possible to centralize all services towards B2B customers: storage capacity increased and a workshop for the in-house design team was created. In the Arteel atelier, customized products were all carefully handled on-site - and they still are today! As time went by, the company evolved into a full-service provider of extensive Loyalty & Recognition Programs and Marketing & Communication gift projects, including/linking Arteel's high quality products and brands.
