The Art Resource Association is an organization of Central Vermont artists whose goal is to promote and support its member artists. As part of that mission, we regularly hold group shows in venues in the Central Vermont area. We also provide a monthly, rotating exhibit at the City Center in Montpelier which is available for solo and group shows. Through the Phil Osgatharp Scholarship fund, we award need-based fellowships for the Vermont Artist Week at the Vermont Studio Center in Johnson and classes at Studio Place Arts in Barre.
