Art on Order provides a trade only, graphic design service for the printing industry. We offer a comprehensive suite of services, from design and branding through to minor alterations - such as changing the phone number on a business card! In order to keep your workflow running smoothly, we understand that artwork needs to be actioned promptly. Turnaround times are an important issue for our customers and we constantly strive to return jobs as quickly as possible. Orders received by 5pm AEST on a business day, will have the first proof returned no later than close of business on the next business day, provided the job takes less than 2 hours to complete. Usually, larger orders will also be returned in this timeframe. If you require your job sooner than this, just specify on the online order form. Alterations will be actioned same day, provided the changes are not substantial and are submitted by 1pm. Alterations submitted after 1pm will be returned by 1pm the next day. Our artists are experienced in pre-print processes and ensure that all jobs are correctly set up with colour separation, trim marks and bleed. Our online order form - which must be completed when lodging each order - ensures that your specifications are captured straight up, minimising delays caused by unclear briefs. On completion your order will be reviewed to verify compliance with your specifications and ensure quality standards have been met. Proofreading is conducted on all jobs.
