The Museum is one of the few independent, non-collecting institutions in the country and the only museum in Connecticut solely dedicated to the presentation of contemporary art. The Aldrich is internationally recognized for its artist-centric programs and visionary exhibitions. We present first solo museum exhibitions by emerging artists, significant exhibitions of established artists, and thematic group exhibitions.

Located just north of Atlanta, See America’s Story at the Booth Western Art Museum in Cartersville, Georgia, the world’s largest permanent exhibition space for western art. As a proud affiliate of the Smithsonian Institution, the Booth offers a unique lens through which to view America’s story. With its diverse collection spanning paintings, sculptures, photography and historical artifacts, the museum brings to life the American experience through the eyes of its most renowned artists. In addition to its permanent exhibits, the Booth hosts 12-15 temporary exhibitions annually. The Neuberger Museum of Art, located at the heart of Purchase College, SUNY, is a vital cultural resource of modern, contemporary, and African art for Westchester County, NY and beyond. From the mid-century American art and African art that form the core of the collection to the presentation of contemporary art, we continue the commitment of founding patron Roy R. Neuberger (1903-2010) by championing the art of our time.
