Arrowsmith Foundation Information

Arrowsmith Foundation furthers the development of creative ideas and methods to advance the quality and efficacy of medical education, leading to improvements in medical care and public health. Medical students, residents, and physicians collaborate to achieve the Foundation's goals. Arrowsmith Foundation was created by a group of alumni of the Stanford University School of Medicine and Dr. Elliott Wolfe. Dr. Wolfe was both an associate dean for medical student affairs and a clinical professor of internal medicine at Stanford University School of Medicine. Using the highest standards, our guiding principles include innovation and community building. Arrowsmith is designed for networking between medical students and physician alumni to meet the challenges of and be complementary to formal medical education. We believe a medical school's alumni will capably interweave learning with the discipline of medical practice. Arrowsmith Foundation is a State of California Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code; all contributions are deductible.
