Thomas brings years of experience leading global health systems, from remote industrial sites to humanitarian settings, where performance depends on intelligent design, readiness, and trust. Lisa, a neurologist and neuroscientist, has spent her career studying how the brain connects comprehension and action — from neural networks to leadership and behaviour. Their shared insight: the challenges faced by people, teams, and organizations mirror those of the human brain itself. Systems thrive when they are connected — when understanding translates into execution. That principle inspired ArQuos, named after the arcuate fasciculus, the neural pathway that links thought to expression. The Q in ArQuos symbolizes the feedback loop that turns knowledge into action — the closed system through which intelligence becomes performance.
