Founded in 1982 by members of the Armoyan family, Armco Capital Inc. has grown from a small business run almost entirely by two brothers into a diversified and dynamic group of companies. Recognized as one of Canada’s 50 Best Managed Companies for three consecutive years, Armco is among the largest organizations of its kind in Atlantic Canada. Armco; traditionally known as a residential real estate developer, over the years has expanded into Commercial, Industrial and Institutional real estate, as well as Asset Management. Armco’s Residential development division currently holds one of the largest market shares in Atlantic Canada and has developed more than 10,000 home sites in over 35 subdivisions during the last 20 years. Armco provides 600 to 700 lots per year to the market and targets an average of 40% of the residential market share.
