Recent work: Cloud Development A trusted partner of the Commonwealth of MA, we are currently engaged at the Executive Office of Technology Services and Security (EOTSS) to lead a team in the development of an enterprise background records check application for non-criminal justice agencies. A pioneering effort, it is the first application that the Commonwealth has endeavored to deploy in the AWS GovCloud. IT Modernization Prior to this engagement, ACG partnered with the Commonwealth of MA in the design and development of a custom benefits administration and eligibility system. Four years in development, the Magic Modernization project replaced a legacy system built in 1986. Magic supports the operations of the Group Insurance Commission (GIC), which provides high quality, affordable health insurance and other benefit options to over 250,000 enrollees, their dependents and survivors. GRC Software Selection Engaged by the Managing Director of the Global Strategy Group of Citibank’s Operations & Technology Risk Management organization, Arlberg consultants led an effort to select and implement an enterprise governance, risk and compliance platform. Following software selection, ACG directed a blended team of on-shore and off-shore professionals in the configuration of a third-party package (MetricStream) to support industry best practice.
