ARL is a market research agency with specialist expertise in healthcare payers (but we also regularly target physicians and other healthcare audiences). We aim to understand payers attitudes and beliefs through qualitative and quantitative research (with a bias towards qual). We apply this specialist expertise to analyse the perceived value of product propositions, uncover unmet needs, understand value drivers and thresholds, and gauge pricing options and reimbursement parameters. We know the payer organisations in Europe and the US and we are adept at reaching the more difficult audiences. We're particularly strong at uncovering the values and attitudes that drive payers' responses to a product proposition. We believe this extra insight gives our clients more options when it comes to formulating their pricing and reimbursement strategy.
