Our professional staff is comprised equally of architectural and interior design professionals as well we are supported by administrative staff and in-house permit expediting personnel. Senior management consists of Angela Platenberg, our Principal of Interior Design, and Douglas Friddle AIA, our firm founder/President and Principal of Architectural Design. ARKTX has been operating in Washington, DC since 1987. Over the past 30 years we have been involved with the planning and realization of thousands of different projects totaling millions of square feet within the greater Metropolitan Washington Area. The largest portion of the firms work consists of commercial interior office related projects. Our diverse experience includes mission critical projects, retail, healthcare and radio/tv broadcast facilities.
