National Cement Company, Dubai has been founded in 1968 under the patronage of late His Highness Sheikh Rashid Bin Sayed Al Maktoum, the Former Ruler of Dubai. It had been the first serious stride towards setting up heavy industry in the Emirates of Dubai. Today the plant is producing about 3,300 TPD of clinker and the grinding capacity of the plant is about 1.5 million Mton. per annum. Moreover, during these years National Cement Company has taken a major share in the Dubai Market in particular and U.A.E. in general.
