De Agostini Publishing, a leader in Partworks and Direct Marketing Print&Collectible business, with a production that ranges from courses and soft-educational products for children and adults, to model collecting, to general knowledge, for paper and for new digital platforms as well;
DeA Planeta Libri, joint venture between De Agostini Libri S.p.A. and Editorial Planeta Sau, Grupo Planeta’s company, develops business in the Trade Books sector in Italy, focusing on books for children and teenagers, Italian and foreign adult fiction, essays, illustrated works and on the sectors of publishing promotion and commercial services;
De Agostini Scuola, one of the leading school publishing operators in Italy, with a production aimed at schools of all levels and university;
Digital De Agostini, a division created to strengthen and develop the presence of De Agostini on digital platforms (television, online, mobile).
Giunti Editore, storica casa editrice fiorentina – erede di una lunga tradizione editoriale che ha inizio nel 1841 con la fondazione della tipografia e libreria editrice Paggi – è capogruppo del terzo gruppo editoriale italiano.

PANINI ESPAA SA, based in Torroella de Montgr (Girona), is the subsidiary of the PANINI GROUP responsible for the Spanish and Portuguese markets. The PANINI company was founded in 1961 by brothers Benito, Giuseppe, Umberto and Franco Panini in Modena, a city in northern Italy where PANINI still maintains its headquarters. Currently, the PANINI GROUP distributes its products to more than 150 countries around the world and has a workforce of 1,200 employees. THE PANINI GROUP publishes exclusively the collectible products (stickers, trading cards, card games, etc.) of the main European soccer leagues (with Spain, England, Italy and France at the helm), it also publishes collectibles for the World Cup (both men and women's competitions), the European Football Championships and America's Cup, among many others. In addition, it publishes stickers and collectible cards of the best leagues in the world in other sports, including Basketball (NBA), American Football and Rugby.
