ARK eXecutives GmbH Information

Creation of an "associated" company focussed on the development of IT-Systems was the first Investment/Venture activity of ARK eXecutives. ARKiTecs GmbH, Berlin, Germany/Namur, Belgium was founded in 2000 to concentrate and combine ARK eXecutives' competencies in the management of process- and business-oriented IT projects with the skills and experience of ARKiTecs' partners at N.E. Way s.a. in Namur, Belgium. N.E. Way s.a. is a leader in data base design and implementation based on Oracle tools and has successfully developed mediation devices for major international Telecommunication companies (Telia, Swisscom, Belgacom). Other shareholders might be brought in at a later development stage to optimize the company's value creation. ARKiTecs provides system integration in the area of Data Warehousing (OLAP), Mobile and Electronic Commerce Platforms, and Customer Relationship Management and has already delivered the first two systems. Employees will be based primarily in Europe though customers may be located outside the European Community. Partnering agreements will be leveraged further established with keyplayers in the software market. ARKiTecs may become a VAR for other companies' products.
