A local family owned & run home building company comprising of Ron Cuny, Sr./Owner-Builder, Andrew Cuny/Project Manager and Amy Cuny/Design & Decorating and Kelsey Perala/Operations Manager. Ron & Amy started building for their family in 1993 and opened ARK Builders in 1998. The company was named after their children: Andrew, R. Blake, Jr. and Kelsey. The Cunys are lifelong residents of the Eastern Shore in Baldwin County, south Alabama. Their goal as a family and as a company is to make the home building process as simple and as stress-free as possible for our new neighbors. They want you to enjoy it.
