In 1993, four guys came together to create something: corporate films that break the code of production companies. Arizona films was born. They became early adopters of so-called “virtual” editing systems. This was the age of the U-Matic and Betacam, huge teams, post-production that dragged on for ages and very approximate special effects. The Internet? Eh? The technical constraints were the same for everyone. The challenge was to master the machine! Their vision was simple. Rather than just trying to put together pretty images or impressing the viewers with an overdose of effects and budgets, these natural-born ‘raconteurs’ injected a healthy dose of storytelling into each of their productions (although no-one used the expression back then). The goal: to hold the attention of the audience and transmit one clear idea. The market was ready for this sort of talk, and success was pretty much immediate. Today, the cupboards are full of awards. Hundreds of clients are happy. Months and months’ worth of stories have hit their mark. Our image bank is the envy of more than one director… And the story goes on. Nowadays, we live in a totally digital age. We must produce fast. And cost-effectively. And remember the millions of surfers looking for something out of the ordinary. Telling a story is great. Generating emotions and therefore word of mouth is even better! And when you can call on the experience of your errors and those of others, you can but hit the target! With the same drive to break the codes and reinvent the notion of a “production house”, Didier, Eric and their team of directors know better than anyone how to put emotion at the service of your message. Ready to challenge them? Then your story starts here.
