The Arison Mentoring Program was developed for honor students from various Business Administration tracks at the Arison School of Business, Reichman University. The main goals of the program are to help students realize their potential, and to guide them in planning, developing and advancing their careers. The mentors are Arison School graduates with significant experience and careers, who serve as an inspiration model for students. In the first part of the program, all students meet all mentors, for a better acquaintance and matching. In the second part of the program, students choose their mentor and meet in small groups and personally. The mentors will share their experience, provide tools and tips, advise and guide students, and help with job search and networking. Program Head: Dr. Talia Rymon
