Arimia is a boutique winery located in Yallingup in the northern quarter of the Margaret River Region, built by the Spencer-Washbourne family and friends. The story of how Arimia evolved is a remarkable tale of a couple passionate about wine and their journey to create their own working vineyard. Working alongside their friends and family, they have developed award winning wines and positioned themselves as a key contenders in the Australian boutique wine market. Arimia is beautifully positioned overlooking the Indian Ocean with the Cape Clairault National Park to its north. The terroir is ideal for producing a rich harvest of succulent fruit, with a perfect combination of soils ranging from clay to earth to sand. This soil variation allows for a selection of fruit to be cultivated to create Arimia's wonderfully unique blends. Irrigation is provided by the rich natural rainwater that cascades down the hillsides and into the vineyard watering system. The climate in the region provides optimum rainfall, sunlight and temperature to ensure the grapes reach their full-bodied potential before the winemaking process begins. The Arimia team consists of Ann and Malcolm, their daughters Ariann and Mia and their old family friends the Royers. The combination of Ann and Malcolm's business expertise and scientific background, together with the Royer family's experience of working the land has created a unstoppable team dedicated to achieving their goal of producing quality vintages. Arimia's enviable collection of wine includes a choice of Premium, Prestige and Reserve varieties which have been carefully blended to compliment your dining experience or just to sit and enjoy.
