Aria Advisory is an actuarial and insurance advisory firm built for the Canadian property & casualty insurance industry. Aria stands for Actuarial, Risk, Insurance, and Analytics — the four pillars of our work, and a firm we intend to build to last. We serve the Canadian P&C ecosystem, exclusively. Not a side offering. Not a generalist shop. Our practice is anchored in Actuarial advisory — reserving and financial reporting, capital and ERM, and pricing and underwriting — including appointed actuary mandates under OSFI, AMF, and provincial frameworks. Everything we do runs through three convictions: People — we invest deeply in actuarial talent and long-term careers, with a culture built on coaching and mentoring rather than command and control, where senior actuaries stay close to the work. Partnerships — every engagement is led by senior actuaries from start to finish, acting as an extension of our clients' teams and focused on making the people and organizations we work with better, not just delivering reports.
